Sessions & Fees
I offer a free 20-minute consultation as an opportunity for us to see whether working together feels like a good fit. This is a good place to ask questions, talk briefly about what brings you to counselling and get a sense of how I like to work. This can be conducted face-to-face, online or on the phone.
To provide consistency and continuity, sessions usually take place on a weekly basis and are arranged for the same day and time each week.
Sessions
My fee for a 50 minute session is £65.
This can be paid per appointment or invoiced monthly, based on your preference.
I'm aware that therapy isn't always affordable and that finances can sometimes be a barrier. For this reason, I do offer a small number of low-cost sessions in some circumstances. These are limited and offered by discussion, depending on availability.

With counselling rooms in Hitchin and Wilstead/Haynes, I work with clients from across Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire, including Hitchin, Letchworth Garden City, Baldock, Stevenage, Stotfold, Shefford, Biggleswade, Henlow, Clophill and Maulden.
I also offer counselling to clients online throughout Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and across the UK.
I practice from Alexander House in Hitchin and The Happy Body Project in Wilstead/Haynes.
